Jeremy, from what i've read about everything that was either swapped, replaced or checked, i'd still have to point a finger at the frame as the possible culprit. I'd surely go back and double check that. I also know how frustrating problems can be when there just doesn't seem to be an answer for them. Be persistant, but also know when to walk away from it !! Are you seeing any kind of abnormal wear patterns on your tires ?

Chris, there is no significant tire wear. I started pulling it apart again and now I'm paying closer attention to it, and I think the rear shackles are binding up. i'm going to mount up some new shacle hangers and see what happens. I'm being VERY persistant, but yes I am walking away before I kick a dent in one of the sides! I hope this is the culprit. Stay tuned!

I didn't mean to ignore you Jeremy, but your link didn't work for me. I meant to look for it over there but keep forgetting.

Ok I found it. I'd probably start by jacking up the rearend in the very center, if possible, then see if the front sag is still there. That way you can pretty much eliminate the rear suspension or any frame twist causing it.

Chris, I changed out the rear shackle mounts. That seemed to help. Instead of it sagging an 1" it cut it down to about a 1/2 of an 1". I'm done for now, I guess I can live with that. Something in the frame must be tweeked a little that they didnt catch. Oh well i'm going to move on.
