I had a blast! I'm tired though.
After we left ya'll in Hammond, we didn't even get a seat at Chili's before they were calling from work. I needed internet access to see if I could fix the problem but Chili's didn't have any. So, Craig, Keith (Darkhorse), and I left to go to my parent's house in St. Francisville. They ate and started rebuilding Craig's carburetor, while I started diagnosing and tracking down parts for work. I finally ate around 2:30AM and went to bed, only to be woke up around 6:30 once the parts got offshore.
Enough of my sob story, we think we got Craig's Blazer running a little leaner, and we know the secondaries are working now. So hopefully he doesn't have any problems on the way home.
I still can't believe that Brisket was from Sam's, I guess I need to renew my membership over there. I for one thoroughly enjoyed myself. And the sight of all those cool classic trucks cruising in a line through the country has definately fired me up to get mine out there, so that I don't have to ride in the back of the pack in the "Issues."
Keith & Bridget, Thank You very much for hosting the meet.
