Seat Cover 60-66

Postby jbgroby on Sat Jul 04, 2009 12:22 pm

I got the cover in yesterday, I think it is a perfect color match for the interior Silver and black I'll have. The cover came with a set of Pliars and hog rings, but I did not know that and ordered a set also, both of the pliars are cheaply made and I'll find another better American Made set (if Possible).

I looked at all the different companies that sold them, all were the same just a few dollars differance, I was impressed with LMC shipping. I ordered on the 27th and got them on the the 3rd. Not bad. I ordered the Grey and White stand seat cover and will consider at a later date to have a custom cover made, BUT the white area above the seat back has more then enough room to have an upolt. shop put something creative in the space (probally) "305 V-6" or "V-6" or "GMC V-6".

If you want some picture let me know, I'll take some and send them your way.

Sounds good Jake, get that baby hog-ringed on there and post some pics.
Look for a good hardware store or co-op for the hog-ring pliers. We have an old hardware store here in Natchitoches that still sells the pliers and hog-rings. I keep saying hog-rings but, if you buy them locally you're probably better off buying pig-rings instead. They're a smaller diameter wire and easier to crimp.
