WTB Rims and tires

Postby riche on Wed Oct 21, 2009 2:14 pm

ROLLERS FOUND Still would not mind if someone runs across a deal and wants to pass it on.

Looking for Rims and Tires 5 on 5 not really being picky here if the price is right. I would like to get some Rallys with low profile tires or just about any rims and tires. Just let me know what you have. I really am looking for something not to expensive right now but will be willing to pay more if I like the rims and will be using them later down the road when I decide to rebuild again.

Hummm, I am thinking about it. Are TT 2's fully polished or are they the ones with the rough spokes?

Yes, polished. The orange truck has 17s, and the blue truck has 15s.

No tires with the 17s, only the 15s.

Hey Wynne did Scott ever give a price on what he wanted for the 17`s and 15`s? I might be interested in whichever set riche doesn`t want. I`ve been debating on what type rims to get, but a good deal would be a deciding factor.

Hey riche, I would be happy with either set, if the price is right. Scott also has another set of wheels/tires that I am interested in for my Suburban. I never really pushed him for a price, maybe Wynne can get us a price and we can take both sets off his hands.

No I never got it Riche. Be sure you put the subject and who you are sending the PM to in the correct places. It is a little different and kinda confusing.

I talked to him and he wants $700 for the 17s and $800 for the 15s. Both sets are nice. The 15s have fairly new 275 60s and 255 60 BFGs on them. The set of 35" mud grips are on American racing 15x10 wheels, but I'm not sure what the other specs on the tires are. Those 15" mudgrip tires and wheels are new.

A few pics- The 17s all have a 4" backspace, and are in good shape, but have a coat of brake dust on them that comes off easily. I did see a couple of nicks in one wheel. He said that he would throw in some 245-45 tires that would hold air. He also has a set of 4 nice 255-55s for $300. The 15s and tires are nice, but I forgot to check the back space. Both sets include caps.
